already installed sqlite3 and the dev lib thing

Still have the issue thought the mod worked but forgot to re upload it
so ye
it didn't workt
its working with docker so idk
i very new to linux and things
like vituralisation
Maybe i need to install it in the same directory as the server so it takes it in the docker container
