Upload settings not showing/available
The automatic upload settings aren’t available. I remember these settings existing but they’re either not in the same location as before or don’t exist in the latest version.

I need to be able to configure my phone to only backup on Wi-Fi and when plugged in.
This is the same on both my and my wife’s phones. We’re both on iOS. Server and phones are on 1.143.1 .
I’ve attached a screenshot with where the settings should be according to the documentation (tap cloud icon in top right then tap gear icon in top right).
I apologize in advance if this is just something simple that I’m completely overlooking. Thanks for your help!

Information
In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.Wifi is covered by those two toggles being off. The beta timeline removed the charging setting. Currently it's only available on android as of the last release. It may come back to IOS in the future (I'm not a mobile dev, no idea why it's not on IOS as well)
