Keep these jeans or return them?
I posted these before trying to decide if I could wear them higher but I ended up not liking the way they sit. I like them otherwise though and might keep them to wear a bit lower with a belt.
I think the width is fine though the inseam is a bit long. But more importantly, since I sized up there is a lot of extra fabric in the seat.
In the third picture I pulled it out to show it better, but the seat will just kind of flare out like that depending on how I stand, making it look I have a weirdly low and somewhat angular backside.
I probably wouldn't trust any of the tailors Ive been to with trying to take in the seat here since I assume it would require moving the pockets and basically remaking the jeans.
Is there a chance this might be less of an issue after the first wash or two? These are new, and while they're not particularly heavy, they do feel a bit stiff compared to a similar pair that has been worn.
