You have to contact support to resolve this. Make sure to say Pausing Stuck or something along those lines in title.

No idea. Depends on how backed up the queue is for this type of issue in infra and how fast support finds it. Part of the reason I suggested making sure your title has those words in it. This is an elevated issue right now.
Why were you pausing the project?
I didn't pause, was unactive for 7 days😓
if i bought pro im assuming it would be faster response?
If they see your upgrade to Pro yes. But I've seen a few cases where they did not see the upgrade. Usually when using email support versus the troubleshooting link. Note even Pro could be a day or more right now.

I'm currently facing that same issue, I've been sending them mails and yet noone has responded back or tried to help me out.
Are you getting back generic email? Did you add Project Stuck Pausing to title? How long?
Yes sir ! I've just sent a new mail again with the added title. I'm crossing my fingers it will be fix very soon.
