Melted bottom layers

Having trouble with bottom few layers looking over melted/ over extruded, but the rest of the print is flawless. It’s happening on every print now, but I’ve used these same settings and it used to print fine, so I’m not sure what has changed…

Machine: Stock VCore 3.1 Enclosed
Slicer: PrusaSlicer
Filament: Polymaker ABS (black)
Hotend Temp: 255 C
Bed Temp: 110 C
Fan: Turn on after 1st layer - Min 20%, Max 40 %

Anyone have any suggestions on what causes this? I tried lowering the bed temp to 100 C, but it didn’t seem to help much
