Urgent: Cannot restore R2 subscription due to missing unpaid billing
Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here, and we are in an urgent situation. Due to a failed payment deduction, my R2 subscription was disabled. I’ve confirmed with my bank that the payment issue is resolved, but when I try to re-enable my R2 subscription, the page just refreshes and redirects me back to the "Add subscription" screen. Occasionally, I receive an error saying "You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid," despite having no unpaid invoices and my payment method being valid. I’ve tried clearing the cache, using different browsers, and re-adding the subscription multiple times, but the issue persists. This is affecting my access to the service, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving it urgently.
