Am I able to change my riot email to an email already with a riot account?
If so what happens? Can I only change it to an email without a exisiting riot account?

you can link to 1 email as many accounts as you want

and from there change email
Ye thats what I’m trying to do, but like I feel like u can’t have 2 riot accounts in one email
Like if u try to log into valorant through that email, waht account will it take u to?

But click on creat account
and use email there
Dont press on sign up with gmail
You can have 1 account each for these
but when you create an account with username/password, you can link as many acc to that email acc
