Immich /mnt/mnt/ issue. Data lost?
Dear community, I am a complete newbie to all of this. I used ChatGPT to migrate my data to the new folder structure and things have gone dark. I am now left with what you see in the screenshot. I have removed Immich for the time being to fix this but I am completely stuck.
I tried SMB to access my data so that I can manually download them to my PC but I can no longer access my media via SMB or Immich (which is why I uninstalled temporarily). Any assistance will be greatly appreciated because I have a lot of memories backed up on Immich. Please let me know if I can provide any information that can help with solving my predicament.
OS: TrueNAS Scale 25.04.2.4

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l
and df -h
).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

I managed to mount it correctly. I'm now downloading the data to a local hard drive. I'll wipe the Immich instance and rebuild it properly this time.
