A custom camera for a custom etch-a-sketch. It self draws your photos.
Hey everyone, I built a custom etch-a-sketch that uses an eink display a while back. I’ve now upgraded that project to include a custom built (rpi) camera. You snap a picture and the etch-a-sketch draws it out using an algorithm. It’s all done via one continuous line.

My Etch A Sketch can take pictures and draw on its own!
I built an etch a sketch that has a custom camera, can self draw, undo your mistakes, and plays a mean game of snake and Pong.
That’s right, my Etch A Sketch (the Teka-Sketch) not only draws on its own, but you can also snap photos with its new custom camera sidekick, the TekaCam. And yes, the undo button and games are all still here.
