[Solved] Prevent mouse from waking the computer

So there is an article on the Arch Wiki on wakeup triggers (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Power_management/Wakeup_triggers), but it is the most technical article I have yet come across and it does not offer a simple path towards disabling a specific device, as this is apparently also system-dependent.
Through the help of the article, I have at least got some hardware ID for my mouse dongle:
pci:0000:0c:00.3 usb@3:1 input2 input
pci:0000:0c:00.3 usb@3:1 input2 input

Is there anything I can do with this information to make a persistent change to the system to remove this device as a wakeup trigger?
