Account was Hacked and Compromised and is now permanently banned.
My Valorant account was stolen last year in October, I had no idea how to make a ticket or anything at the time so I kind of just accepted it, even though i had spent thousands of hours playing and a little over $2000, but over the past few days i had put in quite a few requests in and actually got the account back and in my name, only for it to be permanently suspended because the people who stole it cheated on the account over the year that they had it, i think the account was banned sometime in January because when i looked it up on Valorant tracker that was the last time it was played on. Anyways i was just wondering if i even have a chance to get this ban appealed, I have sent in a few tickets trying to get riot to understand that the account was compromised when the ban happened seeing as they just changed the account back over to me i didn't think i would have this much of a problem. Is there anything else i can do?

I have access to the account now as of yesterday but i was wondering how i could go about appealing the ban placed on the account while it was compromised, the ban happened in January and the account was stolen from October 2024 - September 2025.
Do you have pics of you being not able to access you account during october 2024?
I think they need proof that you couldnt play/hack during that period
i did submit a ticket when the account was originally taken, i have the email still but i never got the notification so i didnt even know they had replied to my email until i checked a few days ago. Would that be enough? If they see that i had put in the request to get it back a month after it was taken?
Not needed they can find all data for 1 year ago
they gave me the account back after verifying me the original creator, would they appeal the ban since they know i wasnt in control of the acount at the time?

that makes sense, they were replying in like 2 hours max when i was trying to regain access but now that i submitted a ticket under ban/suspension they havenโt responded๐
Sometimes they do take long to respond tho
i once submitted a ticket and they responded 4-5 hours later

i figured it would be pretty straight forward tbh, they know when it was taken and when i got it back, and the ban happened inbetween so idk what else to do.
