"Auto Get Loot and Dropped Items" Does not appear to be working correctly in singleplayer

When i enter the game with the mod enabled it doesnt seem to be in the game at all

not only that but simple underground and no atmosphere/fog dont appear to be there

ok i dont exactly know what happened but the mods appeared to all the sudden just work again whilst i was in game
