9 Months ago I was banned for using 3rd Party-software / scripts while I was browsing the item shop

I was hoping to get some help if its even possible at this point. I really want my account back and have submitted a ticket 13 times over the span of 9 months and got either no answer, or a copy paste answer from the support team. I was banned on the 24th or 26th december (thats at least when i sent my first ticket) and i feel i probably never reached a real person, and every person that seemed to be human that responded told me straight up i cheated (which isnt true.) so now ill see if someone here might actually check out my ban and perhaps remove it.

how it happened:

• i was bored after christmas and my pc was on so i could remotely play games on my TV box, i used steam link for gaming only and Google remote desktop for games where controller wasnt supported.
• some programs on my pc were tweaking out when using tap on my phone so i had to turn off my mouse in device manager
• in these days after christmas i also wanted to catch the night market and perhaps buy some skins
• so i checked the night market when it opened and checked item shop every day when i wasnt at home.
  then BAM, banned. On both my main account and my alt account that i used to play on w my very bad friends so i wouldnt lose my rank. You can even see i wasnt even playing ANY matches on the day i was banned, setting it in stone that i couldnt even have cheated at that time-

now, if i was really cheating, why would i make 13 tickets hoping to get unbanned if i knew i was cheating? thats just moronic. however, i wasnt cheating, and really want to play on my account again. i love this game and all the memories i've made on it and really want to continue doing so.
