What color dress shoes for this color corduroy? Dark brown/dark mossy brown.
These aren't mine, just a picture of a similar-ish pair. Mine are about this color. Some are dark brown, some have a slight mossy-green hint to the dark brown. I'm struggling to pair a shoe color. Usually, if I'm wearing dress shoes, I'll be wearing a brown-ish wool or tweed sport coat.

Black, brown, tan to match the depth of the bottoms. White if you want a contrast
Unless the lighting is playing tricks, mid-dark brown was my first thought
I would say that they're a bit darker than they look here. But I was also thinking dark brown. Would reddish tints be fine? E.g., oxblood sort of vibes?

I have similar cords and have worn them with black or color 8 shoes
Brown wool/tweed jacket with those cords sounds a bit odd though I'd need to see a picture. Gray or navy jacket would be easier to wear
