1 Week bans

Can anyone help?? I'm playing from emulator(Gameloop) and after the last update i'm getting ban after ban(1 week bans) and don't know how to fix it. Tried to reinstall windows 3 times but still the same. Everything was perfect before this update. my friends also getting this kind of ban. In Reason it says : Your account has been flagged as high-risk.

The use of peripherical devices is not supported or allowed in PUBG MOBILE while playing on any handheld touch device. Please play the game normally using the normal touch controls. In the future, create your own post for questions.

I got a 7 day ban too for no reason!!!! on 09.10.25 with reason “change game data or conduct.” I was playing completely normal on GameLoop, no hacks or mods at all. Looks like a false detection since so many of us are getting the same thing. Hoping support can check this and fix it soon.

Dear PUBG Support Team, I received a ban on 03/07/2025 around 9:53 AM without any prior notice. My account was banned for one week and was unbanned yesterday. During that time, I repeatedly requested a review as I have never violated any game rules or policies. I always play fairly and fully respect PUBG’s policies and user agreements. After getting unbanned yesterday, I noticed that I am still banned from Ultimate Royale mode since 01/01/2026, which appears to be a mistake.
