As mentioned in your screenshot, it says "Link Account", which means there's no social network linked to your account. In order to use Social Network avatar, you have to login through social media account.

You have to link to a social media account to use your "Social Network" picture. Please log out from Apple ID & login from a different social media account, @STARK .
It's already linked to Game Centre

I believe the Game Centre (Apple) doesn't allow it. Social media accounts such as Twitter (X), Discord, Facebook should work fine. Can you try from a different social media account that I've mentioned, @STARK ?
In my old account it was showing my profile picture when i login through Game Center now its not showing
