I've been making hardware change because first it said i dont have iommu and tpm 2.0
Those 2 were disabled for some reason

Solution
you need to update all your driver
and remove the sound card plug your headset to your pc dirct
and give it try
you can download driver booster from steam and update all

let me know when you update all driver and removed your sound card
also open device manager and show network adapter
see the gc
and IDE ATA/ATAPI controller

I updated the drivers and resetted my pc, looks like there's no more popup problem
