How does daytime not change that much in globe model, when compared summer vs winter?

I mean, if the spin of the ball is constantly the same 24h/spin around the sun, should the winter and summer have exactly 12h ”summertime” vs ”wintertime” difference since we would be exactly opposite side of the sun… after how many 360 degree spins?

360° was divided by 365.25 and added to 360° to claim an ≈ 360.986° rotation per 24 hours in the heliocentric paradigm.
