I’m not even sure what to title this, I have so many questions
So I guess I’ll start off by listing out what’s up
- A while back I installed Immich and backed a few images up on it. I was kinda just testing it out and then never used it again
- Recently, I backed all the photos on my phone I wanted to keep to my Unraid server. I forgot I had Immich so just put them in a share
- Now I remembered I had Immich, and wanted to use it again
Now here’s some of the issues I run into
- The photo’s I backed up months ago have been deleted on my phone. They show up on the Immich WebUI app through Unraid, but they won’t show up on my mobile app
- I’ve been trying to upload the photos on my Unraid Share (it’s about 3k pictures and videos) and every time I try and upload them on my laptop, nothing happens. I hit upload, select them all, and then it just closes the files window and nothing happens after that
- Yesterday, on my mobile device, I uploaded a few random images to an album and backed that album up onto Immich. They showed up as the only images on my Immich mobile app. I then deleted them from the album and they disappeared. Those pictures also still appear just fine on the WebUI app through Unraid
Basically what I’d like to do is upload those to Immich, and have all those show up on my mobile app on my phone/tablet. I’d also like to have an album on my phone that backs up to Immich, but if I delete the picture it doesn’t go away
If anyone can help, you’d have no idea how much I’d appreciate it. Thank you

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

Did you upgrade it at any point?
Yea. So I actually figured out the issue with files not uploading. The only issue I’m still having is the pictures show up in the WebUI but not on my mobile app
Both on latest? Not using CloudFlare or whatever? Tested on the Local network?
Sorry I’ve had like the busiest couple of days, but my mobil app says server isn’t up to date, but when I try and update it on my unraid server it says it is up to date so idk
