false banned for
i made 2 tickets the first one they told me i got banned for afk offense and then when i emailed them again and they say its cheats and that they closed my ticked but they told me to send them a ticket if i had any concerns so i just sent another one asking for help i dont know what to do,
my games are inconsetnt but id never go as to far as cheat if theres any dev i can talk with and sort this out please help

you installed malware that uses a vulnerable cert that is used mostly for cheats
i highly recommend you reinstall your PC once you have done that ill inform our ticketing team on this specific issue
