Legion Go + Bazzite runs worse than windows, 50%+ drop in performance.
So I just downloaded and installed Bazzite yesterday, and I have noticed some things that are not lining up with what others have said/experienced with it. My Go is consistently getting much worse performance on games that it shouldn't be getting worse performance on (Sniper Elite 4 at 800p lowest settings at 20w is getting 30-50 fps and it bounces. At 15w it goes below 15fps). I was expecting some loss of performance, but not to this extent. And all of my games have been crashing more frequently, aswell as my TDP dropping from 20+ watts all the way down to 5w, until the system just locks up and restarts. I am not entirely sure what the issue might be, as this is my first foray into linux.
Solution
Ok, so apparently the updater in steam BPM was not downloading all the updates I needed, however I went into desktop mode and entered ujust update into terminal and it downloaded th necessary updates i needed, tdp is working great, and now I'm getting 60+ fps in SE4 at 800p ultra settings
