Grub2 corrupted because of a motherboard short?

CPU cooler heatpipe touched a chip on the motherboard, shorting the motherboard. How this is even possible when I mounted as per instructions I don't know. I removed the cooler and seemingly have fixed the short, because powering on with power pins is no longer unstable (it powers on consistently all the time). I can boot to memtest and Bazzite live iso but I cant boot to Bazzite installed on the ssd. I am guessing Grub bootloader has been corrupted or something? How do I go about and restore/repair it? EDIT: I can get to Bazzite live iso only through grub2 mode, regular option wont work (goes into emergency)

Tyvm for replying but I found out the cooler mounting was flawed and a heatpipe was touching one of chips. Essentially shorting the motherboard and ruining it
