enter
click on Clear TPM
It will prompt you to restart, click on Restart
while restarting it will ask you to press F1 to confirm, press F1
press ok

restart your pc and spam F10 key to enter bios
Done I have disabled both of them and have pressed f1 to confirm
ok
now do the above steps again

and run TPMCofig64
click on Restart when asked
press F1 when asked

Update tpm chip from 1.2 -> 2.0
