Budget friendly high rise pants suggestions

Hey everyone, I've always been a sucker for pleated pants and I use them often in my outfit rotations. However, I only have 3 pairs and two are from uniqlo. While I like their wide, relaxed fit, I do feel like they have a relatively low rise waist. I'm pretty tall at 6'2 with jean length of 34-36. I often see pictures go by of men looking so very classy with pleated pants giving off a look I can't seem to get quite right. And I think it has to do with the rule of thirds. When it looks clean as hell they often have that shortered torso visual going on because the rise of their pants goes way higher. I would like to experiment with a pants like that but I wouldn't know what brands to look out for or what type of fit it's usually labeled as. I for one have never stumbled upon something like this in the big brand mid tier clothing stores. I'm open for suggestions for budget friendly entry level pants of this kind. Pleated prefered.

I think the rule of thirds is bogus, but if you like high-rise pleated pants searching up used Polo Ralph Lauren Andrew Pants on eBay should give you a bunch of options under $50 if you’re in the US. 12” rise and double forward pleated Your inspo has more dressier/wool, so maybe not Andrews, but a lot of old wool PRL pants are still usually like $50-70 on eBay and have the same rise and pleats.

going through ebay is going to be your best bet / second hand pleated high rise pants aren't popular enough to make their way to mall brand / entry brands yet I don't think you'll need to spend some time getting to know each brand that you search up, but I would look at the rise measurements instead of purely trying to identify the right pant through the search terms PRL is good. old zegna or zanella trousers can easily be had for like $50 each

heres one example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/389000732577 the person helpfully put "high waist" in the title but they wont always have that. the rise measurement looks like 13.5inches here if this persons terrible picture is to be believed
eBay
Zanella 30x30 Khaki Cotton Italy Made Robert High Waist Pleated Men...
Zanella Pants - Size 30 x 30 in. robert: high waist, pleated front, full cut, made in Italy. khaki 100% cotton.

i personally target around 13 + when i look for high rise, but you could look at anything 12 inches +. You could also measure the rise on a pair of pants you like and add however many inches to it that you want the pants to come up to. it does depend on your own body so you'll need to calibrate this for yourself if you want new..spier and mackey does high rise trousers in a variety of different materials. i would rather go used though
