Observability Issues

About an hour ago, all of my CRON-based workers just stopped running. I've noticed intermittent "outages", but this one came after being online for 12 days without issue. Then as soon as I went to run a demo, it stopped processing the CRON job. I redeployed the last deployment and then it started working again. How can avoid future service disruptions and/or how can I monitor that the CRON is actually processing and hasn't been stalled? Thank you in advance! 🙏
