Losing more RR than it shows on the screen???

If you take a look at the latest 2 matches, you’ll see that i gained 22 rr, and the match after it i lost 18 rr. Tell me why i magically have 0 rr in my rank rating??
Note: this has been happening a lot recently and i need it to stop. Any idea what i can do or who i need to talk to??
