Postgres upgrade is stuck
Hi everyone,
Yesterday I started a PostgreSQL version upgrade on my project, but it’s been stuck for more than 24 hours in the stage:
“Shutting down API services”.
Is this normal? Should I keep waiting or is there something I need to do to unblock the process?
