This is an elevated random issue right now.
Contact support and make sure you title Upgrade Stuck.
They have a queue right to the infra team if it gets picked up.
such a pity. Already opened a ticket, let's hope for a quick res (PRO user)
and after that upgrade, I should have done another one lol no more :S
