Converted GitHub account to organization - Lost Supabase account access

I need help really bad i convert the github account that i used to access supabase to organization and now i cannot access anymore. I already email the team with new email as it is state in here. I got the ticket number 255956 .

That is all you can do. This is a user helping user forum. Are you Pro? Make sure your ticket is titled with something like Dashboard Lockout.

I purchase Pro plan in that account yes. What email header should i write? Also by sending via new email that i want to change to will they know that it is the Pro plan account?

Here is the response normally given out by support....

For your issue, you can re-create a Github account using the same email as the Github account that was turned into a Organization.
Once you sign in with that newly created account, you should have access to the old account.
You can then invite the new account to have access to the Organization and Projects as needed.
