Setting up Dual Boot within Bazzite

I've been using Bazzite for a while now and it's been enjoyable, however I was gifted Battlefield 6 and I know it won't run on Linux and needs Windows + Secure Boot to function. Reading the dual boot setup guide it says I need to resize the partition within Windows. So my question, is there a guide to set it up from Bazzite or some other alternative way of going about this. Thanks.

Do you have Windows on a separate drive? I do and running ujust update regenerates the boot options in grub to include my windows drive. Resizing partitions should only be necessary if you are running both OSes on the same drive and they have to share a boot sector.

No I had replaced Windows entirely on the drive when moving over.

Oh okay, so you would be resizing your Bazzite partition to allow room for a Windows partition. That is totally possible from within Bazzite, although I'm not sure what the recommended way to do that is since I'm relatively new to this distro. Hopefully someone else can chime in, or maybe you can find a guide online for managing partitions in Bazzite. Not 100% sure, but you may also have to fix or reinstall GRUB after installing Windows. The last time I did a dual boot with Windows was with the old BIOS/MBR method, but Windows at least used to overwrite the MBR so that Linux partitions would be unreachable. I have no idea if that's still the case with the modern UEFI boot process, since that works differently from the old MBR process.

Ok, my fear is dealing with readability and even setting up Dual boot via windows. Which idk if is easily doable. Havent looked into setting up through Windows yet, was going to later.
