postgre upgrade stuck on eu-central-2 region

Hi everyone,

i have strated the upgrade of Postgre this morning (9 hours ago) but is still stuck on "prepare new server". Is anyone else from the eu-central-2 region facing the same issue?

I have opened a ticket but haven't heard beck yet.
