Troubles after updating immich topology
i have immich running in truenas as a oficial app, recently it asked me to change the app topology to the new one (all the seprate datasets go to one data dataset). after doing that and fixing the promissions immich sucsessfuly started, but on some videos i get a no video with suported format or mime type found. i have allready tryed re transcoding everything but it didnt help. is there a way i can save these media? or at least filter it out and delite it if its gone.

i am not sure but i might have badly copied the files over from /pool/config/immich/uploads -> /pool/config/immich/data/uploads
(or sone others) when i was migrating to the new file structure, mybe i lost sone data before it properly finished copying over 😭 .
here are the files: (i allso copied the .immich files)

if these ones are not recoverable is thare i way to filter them out so i can delite them from immich
i have brocken the golden rule of 3's
Will have a look at it tomorrow !
tnx ❤️
1) That is only on some videos, correct?
2) Did you use the rsync command to mmigrate the data? (if so could you share them)
3) Do you still have the old config?
Btw, when you click on the video, are you able to download it?
Like upper right there is a 3dots menu, click on it, then "download"
This would be an "easy" way to verify if the issue is due to some files not transferred or if that would be another issue
1) yes only some
2) no i didnt use rsync i used popy party (a relatively new web file manager)
3) no, i ctrl + x the files (ops)
and no i am not able to download them (probably axualy lost the files)

is there any way to filter these out? so i can remove them from the library
Previously there was a repair page, but it's been in rework for a while, so I don't think so:
https://v1.120.2.archive.immich.app/docs/administration/repair-page/
Maybe there could be a way with the api, but I'm not sure
Repair Page | Immich
This feature is currently disabled and will be reworked in the near future.
@Sergey Katsubo may know a bit more about me on that
I'm not sure, but I see that he often deals with database stuff
hey!
To begin with, could you run the command below? It gets 10 records from Postgres and checks if corresponding files are present on disk
Example output (3 last lines are files missing on disk but present in the database)
