Issue with `disableFatalDefects: false` Preventing Graceful Shutdown
disableFatalDefects: false prevents graceful shutdown. For an Entity rpc that should never defect and keep retrying until success/error is produced, this flag will prevent the server from shutting down and gets stuck on restarting the Entity. Is this the expected behaviour or a bug? (I've currently switched to a catchAllDefect with a forever retry to get the desired behaviour as I was unsure whether this is intended or not)
