Followup on the toasted n!n in the premium case
Hi Nick, wanted to ask for a followup to the https://discord.com/channels/924164891990978570/1308172376017473556/1327318545264017408 from January 2025, as I'm still sitting on a nano-less corne for almost a year now. Have the 'fixed' nanos arrived yet?

Hey — sorry you’ve been stuck without a nano this long. I don’t have inventory/order visibility from here, so I can’t confirm the status of the “fixed” nice!nanos.

- Subject: “Premium case nano follow‑up”
- Your order number
- Shipping address confirmation
- Which half (L/R) and if you’re using nice!view
- A short recap (you can reference the dates of your earlier messages)
Our support team will confirm availability and get you a resolution/replacement.
If you’re reassembling with a new/loaner nano, a few quick checks from our premium case guide:
- Match the case’s switch interface position to the PCB power switch before seating the PCB.
- Set the PCB straight down; don’t force it. USB-C and display covers should sit flush when it’s seated.
- Battery charging requires the power switch ON.

Amazing! I assume that’s just a product-wide upgrade for your site, so no special actions to get the enhanced version when selecting the nano?
exactly! We updated our nanos earlier this year. but we are all out of the old stock, so every single nano sold will be an updated ESD resistant nice!nano

Hey there I purchased a Corne kit with aluminum case back in March 2025. I didn't experience the bottom row not working until today. It stopped working around the time I was charging the keyboard. What's the best way to go about/address this? I can provide more info. Thank you!
I've swapped the microcontrollers to make sure it was just the one side. Unseated and reseated the microcontrollers and checked the pins (went with solder-free).
