if you just go to the normal way of uninstall riot client. It should not touch Valorant.
No its telling me it will auto uninstall all games before uninstalling

then you'll see the riot client folder
go ahead and delete that
Go to C:\ProgramData\Riot Games\Metadata
and delete the riot client folder
Go to %appdata%
and delete riot-client-ux
