Pending Validation (TXT) for two days

I have three accounts with Cloudflare for three different business, with a mix of Pro accounts and Free accounts where needed, currently have about 40x domain names/sites using Cloudflare. I have one that has me stumped! Domain : molly-ann.co.uk I'm using this domain name as a free tier service as I only need to use some redirect rules for it to the main site, which is also on Cloudflare DNS and working fine. The Universal SSL for molly-ann.co.uk has been pending validation for two days now. I have tried; - Putting a page rule for .well-known 1st as a dummy rule that just sets SSL strict for DVS - Checked DNSSEC is ok - Ensured the DNS is hosted on Cloudflare - Have disabled, waiting 10 minutes and re-enabled Universal SSL I'm now completely out of ideas
