60fps but feels laggy
Basically I got a 60hz monitor and a fixed 60fps but somehow it feels not smooth? I got a potato laptop 1920x1080 resolution with an external monitor w 1366 resolution what do I do?

What do I configure? In-game settings?
Is it smoother on just the laptop’s display? Maybe try setting the fps cap a little higher than 60 so the frames don’t drop below it while you’re playing in-game. If the monitor has vsync then turn that off if you have an active fps cap.
have you played on a system that averages an fps higher than that? like 144hz
That's the thing I don't want the display of my laptop since it's so little and if I tried to uncap or cap at 70 it's laggy

what you can do is use something like reviosn os or atals
it will disable things runing in background
and focus more on improve fps
but if you got hvci pop up then its useless
