Database upgrade stuck for >1 hour at “Preparing new server” step
Seems like upgrading a project (based in us-east-1) caused it to be stuck, wondering if there’s a way to cancel the upgrade?

once an upgrade is in progress only support can make changes to the instance to get it unstuck, reach out to them and mention project stuck in the ticket so there is more visibility
Thanks for the response! I’ve already done that but got an email response stating that free plan users will not get a guaranteed support response and was encouraged to ask questions in the discord community.
They are watching or have automation looking for key words right now like Project Stuck. Upgrade stuck and the like.
Users here can not solve this one.

Would it be advisable to upgrade my plan? I'm just worried that won't do anything though since the project is already stuck and support isn't responding either.
