Having a bit of issues with Nexo
howdy yall! i'm having a bit of issues with Nexo, and was wondering if anyone here had a better understanding of it and could possibly help me out?
also, do they have a discord/dedicated support?? I cannot find a link to anything anywhere on their docs

my issue stems from transferring over from IA- I followed the docs, everything went smoothly, and then I hit my roadblock:
none of the assets/models I have are showing in player inventory, or the wrap GUI but they show in the nexo inv and also when placed in the world.
this also stemmed away from just the assets and models to also not showing the visuals for Head DB (see images attached)
I saw that the custom model data was conflicting, so I fixed all of the errors to get to the same result.
any ideas on where to look or what I'm missing?

did you check and fix anything that shows up on the console AND the minecraft client?

yes, i have gone through console and fixed conflicts. that was my first move (like always) but like I said, no change. i thought originally that it was a full resource pack issue but with the visuals showing when placed and in the nexo inventory, i assume its something else but cannot figure out what

sometimes the textures are right but the client can't load them

im currently using the standard mc client- the plugins are uploaded through our server host
i meant the logs from the client
i had a simillar issue where glyphs wouldn't show up on chat, scoreboard etc
no errors on the console, but errors on the client
