Creating Tasks/Notes in Workflow
I find that I can create a task or note in a workflow, but I can't associate it with any other object.
For example, suppose when an Opportunity is set to the stage of Contract, I want to auto create a Task to write and send the contract to be signed.
I can create the Task, but I have found no way to link it to the Opportunity.
I've also found that a special "Task Targets" and "Note Targets" fields are defined on standard objects. On custom objects, these fields don't exist, but tasks and notes tabs are available through the UI anyway. But they seem not to be accessible through workflows in either case.
Is it possible?
