Urgent Support- Tournament Rooms Account Stolen
Dear PUBG MOBILE Support Team,
I am one of the tournament organizers on my server. I had officially registered my tournament and received Esports Room support from PUBG MOBILE through the PUBG MOBILE Third Party Tournament website.
Unfortunately, a serious issue has occurred. The account that contained the Esports Rooms was stolen by one of the organizers, and all the linked information has been changed. The account was only linked to Facebook and Twitter, without an email or phone number, which prevents me from recovering it through in-game support.
I have already contacted the official support email but they didn’t give me a solution. Meanwhile, my tournament has been on hold for the past two days because I no longer have access to the rooms, and this puts the entire event at risk of being canceled.
I kindly request your urgent assistance, either by recovering the stolen account or by transferring the Esports Rooms to another account, so I can continue and complete the tournament smoothly.

You can submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

I can’t because it is asking for email that have been linked to the account before and I didn’t link an email before just twitter an Facebook
