Account claim issue
My account is stolen from me on gun point last Sunday the scammer used my device to unlink my account and the rest my phone on the spot i have all the proofs that account is belongs to me now whenever i try to claim my account i got this error pls help me

I fill the form but there is no respons from pubg mobile side
I also attached the UC buying receipt from last year to onwards
If you have already submitted a recovery request, all you have to do is wait patiently for the result.
it's almost a month I'm unable to get any response regarding my complaint and also unable to claim a file through in-game tool whenever I'm trying to claim simply they show that you are not in safe environment i have all the proofs that account is belongs to me then why it's take to much time
