unable to access server

i am getting the error in the screenshot. i am hosting immich on Truenas, I was unable to upgrade to V2.0 also. please help, I am not a software expert.

How are you connecting to Immich? Local IP? Reverse Proxy? VPN (Tailscale, etc)? Cloudflare?

local ip i am also using tailscale to connect it outside the network. right now i am not able to access it on both

i dont remember doing anything at that time. every other app on the same server is running fine. i tried upgrading to V2.0 on a later time but i got this error
