Lost My Account Access
I know you must have countless cases, requests to handle, and so on. However, I have a rather complicated issue that I haven’t been able to solve with the current in-game support.
I have an account with the nickname:
vitormarchini
A few years ago, I used to play with this account and would log in through Facebook (Vitor Marchini Feliciano). But some years ago, I deleted my Facebook account and, consequently, this PUBG Mobile account was unlinked from Facebook. Then, due to my own carelessness, I deleted the game at the time and ended up completely losing access to my PUBG Mobile account.
I can’t provide specific details about the account since it’s been a while since I last played on it. I only remember reaching the Diamond rank. Other than that, you can verify that, in theory, this account with the nickname “vitormarchini” could not belong to anyone else but me, since my real name is Vitor Marchini Feliciano, and I’m the one requesting to have access to this very account restored through my email.
I’m sorry to trouble you with this. I know it’s more demanding to have to check things here and there, but mistakes happen. I lost access to my account due to my own carelessness—something that could happen to anyone.
I tried a few times through the in-game support but didn’t get a positive response. That’s why I’m reaching out with this appeal here.
PUBG Mobile is my favorite mobile game, and I don’t want to have to start all over again with a new account—it just doesn’t make sense to me.
Anyway, I truly hope I can return to playing with my first account…

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
