FPS stutters
For a long time now, there's been this inconsistency that sometimes, randomly my FPS will go from my usual normal (140-400 ish) down to 5-30 FPS for a few seconds, sometimes it'll last upto 20 whole seconds of this, and then return back to normal. I've tried a lot of things, but it doesn't seem to work regardless. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
My laptop's specs are in the screenshot, let me know if I should've added something else

yeah, a relative of mine is pretty smart with computers and stuff
we've been trying to fix this for months atp, nothing really worked so far
updated gpu ?
I do update the drivers, not sure if the gpu would be included

me personally, I think its just my CPU cooking itself that causes the issue

I did check on it as well, supposedly my cpu was throttling
due to overheat
cleaned it afterwards thinking the fans might be blocked, issue still remained ;-;

before I had it done, my val was different
id be like at 110-130 fps, not my avg, and it would feel like super blocky to play
ever since his recent time applying it, it fixed the FPS being at that, but brought this alone
