Storage image transformation
I am on Pro plan, but only the 'Storage image transformation' usage is over, there is any way for me to just increase the usage of this one?
The next level of plan is $599 which is a big jump from $25 of Pro plan.

You are probably talking about team plan which has nothing to do with limits, but more about service and relationship.
You have to turn off your spend cap to allow overages to be charged.
