Installed blendOS, and apparently it didnt install
So i went through the installation and i manually partitioned cause i have cachyOS and windows on the same drive, and when i rebooted it just booted into my cachyos bootloader (limine) with no blendOS option. I tried grub, i tried
sudo limine-update i tried looking through my boot options in BIOS, and i tried running os-prober (on cachyos) and it only said windows boot manager. i tried running the installer again and at the end it said something about update already being installed and you need to reboot but the script still said installation successful16 Replies

finally made a user but my password doesn't work :/
You’re supposed to load into the gnome-initial-setup user
Which starts the setup process
The problem is we can’t figure out why exactly this happens
there arent any other users
yeah its supposed to happen automatically
i see
is there a workaround
@plastic chair, you've gained the level

im in gdm
i tried making a user through user add and it works im in but i have no home directory
Solution
you can make a user
?
you should have used
useradd so you could set that but uh you can just create a home folderyes i used useradd
