PC crashes/BSODs on splash screen/game startup
I have tried that one thing where in the end you start services for vgc. I'm not sure where to go from there.

PC was just built Thursday night. Everything should be updated so I was told.
Press windows key + r
Type msinfo32
Show ss
Also drop your latest bsod dump file
it should be in C: \windows\minidump
Also drop your in game username and #
