Confusing reply by riot
Hi guys, so recently I made a ticket to riot due to my continuous problem with VAN 84 and VAN 185 as they pop up mid-game and I had to restart valorant. While I also faced similar problem in my league of legends matches but it showed "You need to have vanguard running to play". Since I was facing this issue for over 3 months and all the help by riot support failed, I decided to reset my pc thinking maybe there is a virus or some corrupt files. But after the successful factory reset of my pc, I still faced the same issue so I made another ticket 3 days ago. They gave me the same solutions which didn't work but today, they said "Thanks for reaching out to us. I see that you are getting the Vanguard issues. Let me check your account and see what is going on. I will certainly help you with the Van 84 error.
So the Error 84 or VAN 84 is a penalty with an extremely short duration (a few minutes per infraction), and it occurs when the PC or anything running at tha back attempt to bypass Vanguard in VALORANT or League of Legends. It serves as a warning to players without Vanguard properly installed.
I find that your device is temporarily banned for cheating until 2025-11-20 <NOTE: Please understand that the ban duration can be extended if the new cheating attempts are detected.>
However, the good newss is that your account is not banned, and you can play on other devices, PC's without any issues.

Me being confused as I just played a match of valorant and I do not use any kind of cheats or have ever downloaded for Valorant. I opened valorant once again to check if they banned me just now, but I am still unbanned and still don't use any cheats.
So can someone help me what the support person is trying to say? And if there is a fix you guys can provide.
