No act buddy pls help

Hey guys I had gotten to Diamond 2 before the act 4 had ended but i log in today and see no diamond buddy? Can anyone let me know why I didnt get one?

You will get gun buddy when act 6 ends its not gun buddy every act you get gun buddy when ep ends which is 3 acts
